Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchase Policy
Purchases may be returned by post within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase (including gift purchases). Refund requests must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or TrendFash receipt.
Please note:
1. Unless determined to be defective, items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags, and not resalable to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. If you receive damaged, defective or wrong items, please feel free to contact us.
3. To return your order, you must submit a return request to our customer service team at [email protected] and wait for our customer service team to approve your request before you can return it. TrendFash does not accept unauthorized returns. All costs (including shipping costs) incurred by any item returned without the authorization of TrendFash will be borne by you.
3. Refunds for postal returns will be issued within 30 days of receiving your return package.
4. Shipping and handling, gift box fees, and other charges are not refundable
5. For items returned using a TrendFash return label, an $8 fee will be deducted from your refund total as a label usage fee.
6. If you paid for your item using a TrendFash gift card or merchandise credit, you will receive a full refund in the form of an e-gift card, redeemable at any TrendFash.com.
7. TrendFash only accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased on the TrendFash.com website. TrendFash products purchased outside of TrendFash.com must be returned directly to that retailer as different return policies may apply.
8. TrendFash does not accept any third-party receipts. Your refund will include the item price, plus any applicable sales tax, minus return shipping costs (if applicable).
9. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund (30 days or one full billing cycle in some cases).

Damaged, defective or wrong merchandise
If you received damaged, defective or wrong merchandise, or if your shipping carton was severely damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please provide Customer Service with:
· Your order number
· Product number
· Tracking number from your order confirmation email
· Your email address
· Your phone number
We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, all return shipping costs are at your expense.
Return Policy for Gift Card Purchases
If an online gift card was used, the refund amount will be refunded to your original online gift card. If you no longer have the original gift card, please contact us to obtain a new gift card or online code.
