How do I track my order?
We will notify you by email when items in your order are shipped or when there is an update on your order status.
If you have a personal account with TrendFash.com, please log in to your account. You will see which of your purchases are on the way and get shipment tracking updates.
If you do not have an account, please find the tracking number in your order information and enter it on our order tracking page.

What happens if my item is out of stock?
Items that are not available to ship when you place an order are out of stock and will be shipped when they are available. We will provide you with an approximate shipping date when you add items to your shopping bag and when you check out. Out of stock shipping dates are approximate and we will notify you by email if the date changes. Please note that while your credit card will be authorized on the day you place your order, you will not be charged until the item ships.
I can’t find my TrendFash purchase history. What happened?
Information about past TrendFash orders may no longer be available from your account purchase history. If you need to find information about past TrendFash purchases, we recommend that you refer to your order confirmation email or contact our customer service team by emailing [email protected].

Will you charge sales tax on my order?

What is a Credit Card Authorization?
Once you place your order, a pre-authorization (pending charge/hold) for the full credit card amount will be applied to your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, this pre-authorization typically expires and automatically refreshes every 7 days until your order ships.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged for each item as it ships. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple credit card charges.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment or a TrendFash gift card (if applicable). If you return an item to a TrendFash store, the refund amount will be applied to your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, you may receive a credit card refund within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund. Please refer to the Return Policy section for information on international returns and refunds.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the speed with which we process and ship orders, we usually cannot cancel an order once it has been placed. If you need to cancel an order you have just placed, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. If your order has already been processed, you can process it through our convenient Returns and Exchanges service after you receive the item.
If we are able to cancel your order, your payment method will not be charged. If we are able to cancel your order, we will also issue you the TrendFash amount you authorized in your order. If we are unable to cancel your order, your payment method will be charged and your item will be shipped to you. We always offer free returns.

If I don’t like my item, can I return or exchange it?

What if I don’t receive my shipment?
If you discover that your item is missing within 24 hours of your order being delivered, please visit your account to report a problem with your order or contact us for assistance.
What is your return time?
Items purchased may be returned by mail within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund to the original form of payment used to purchase (including gift purchases). Refund requests must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or TrendFash receipt.
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team with your account information or order number to submit a return request. Once your request is approved, you can return the item as instructed. We will process your return as quickly as possible. Please note that TrendFash does not accept unauthorized returns. Any unauthorized returns will be returned to you at your own expense (including shipping).
